THE FOUNDROOT SHOP 

After 13 some odd years in business, Foundroot is so excited to open our first brick & mortar storefront. We are in the process of renovating a tiny 600 square foot building at the Southeast Alaska State Fair into our new home base.

What will we do here? We've been collecting commercial kitchen equipment, adding heat and insulation, and scheming and dreaming around a space to gather with our community and visitors alike around local food and gardening.

Our hope is to be open in May 2024, in time for Haines' Great Alaska Craft Beer & Home Brew Festival. Come visit? We look forward to breaking bread with you soon.
